The most beautiful April day in the world.In order to improve the team cohesion and sense of mission,enhance the communication and collaboration among the team and strengthen the collective honor of the team members,the company held a unique and interesting outdoor group building and development activities and collective birthday party on April 2 at the expansion base of Pan Long Valley Scenic Area.

Site personnel divided into blue team,red team two groups,teamwork,competition form to carry out activities.Under the instruction of the coach,the two teams elected their respective captains,determined the team name,team logo and team song in the fastest speed.The outreach activities included the history of human evolution,house building,book passing group pipe,balloon blowing,dragon dance and other projects.The carefully designed activity projects are fun and challenging,testing not only individual resilience and enthusiasm,but also the team's tacit understanding and collaborative spirit,stimulating everyone's enthusiasm and fighting spirit to the greatest extent,and promoting communication and cooperation among teammates.Each team member was full of enthusiasm,high morale and full commitment.During the activity,it was also combined with work,summarize successful experience,analyze the reasons for failure,in a relaxed atmosphere of fun and education,so that everyone has a deep understanding,full of harvest.
