Zhejiang Building Decoration Industry Association in conjunction with the relevant preparatory units through extensive research, seriously summarize the practical experience, combined with the actual situation in Zhejiang Province, reference to relevant national standards, advanced experience at home and abroad, and on the basis of extensive collection of views, the development of this standard.

Zhejiang Classic Construction Decoration Co., Ltd. Chairman Ye Tiyong, as a senior expert in the industry, is the main drafter of the "fully furnished residential interior design standards", participating in the development of the provisions of this standard.

The development and release of this standard system planning of fully furnished residential interior design on indoor space, environment, intelligence, equipment and facilities, safety protection and other series of specifications.

As the national policy on the delivery of fully furnished houses in real estate continues to advance, the industry has been calling for the introduction of the "Design Code for Fully Furnished Residential Interiors" and related construction codes and other standards as soon as possible.
